The firm was appointed by EDEN EDUCARE CHILD CARE CENTRE SDN BHD ('EDEN EDUCARE') to prepare and draft Founder Edition Agreement between EDEN EDUCARE and AR CHILD CARE CENTRE SDN BHD ('AR CHILD CARE')
The agreement formalise the relationship between parties whereby EDEN EDUCARE as the founder permits AR CHILD CARE to subscribe and operate their child care centre using EDEN EDUCARE business and education model.
